Tavula プライバシーポリシー

Tavula（以下「本アプリ」）および公式ウェブサイト tavula.app（以下「本サイト」）の 運営者（以下「当方」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 本アプリが取得する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーに関するいかなる情報も外部に送信しません。

ユーザーが本アプリで取り込んだ画像および配置情報（カードの位置・サイズ・不透明度・ワークスペース構成）は、 お使いの端末内のみに保存されます。具体的な保存先は次のとおりです:

これらのファイルは、ユーザーの端末上のローカルファイルシステムにのみ存在し、当方を含む第三者が アクセスすることはできません。

2. 本アプリがアクセスする OS 権限

これらの権限は、ユーザーが該当機能を明示的に呼び出した時にのみ使用されます。

3. 本サイト（ウェブサイト）について

本サイトは静的な情報提供ページです。当方は本サイト上で自前のアクセス解析、広告 SDK、トラッキング Cookie、埋め込みトラッキング Pixel を使用しません。

本サイトは Cloudflare Pages を通じて配信されます。コンテンツ配信ネットワーク（CDN）の運用上、 接続元 IP アドレスやリクエスト時刻などのアクセスログがホスティング側に記録される場合があります。 当方はこれらを個人を特定する目的で解析・利用しません。

本サイト自体はユーザーアカウント登録やお問い合わせフォームを提供していません。 サポート窓口の準備状況は サポートページ を参照してください。

4. 第三者への提供

当方は、本アプリが扱うユーザーの画像・配置情報を第三者に提供することはありません。 本アプリはネットワーク通信を行わないため、技術的にもアプリ経由の第三者送信が発生する余地がありません。

5. クッキー・トラッキング技術

本アプリはクッキー、トラッキング Pixel、広告 ID、その他の追跡技術を一切使用しません。 本サイトも自前のトラッキング Cookie を設置しません。

6. 解析・テレメトリ

本アプリはクラッシュレポート、利用状況分析、テレメトリの送信を行いません。 Google Analytics、Firebase、Sentry、Mixpanel 等のサードパーティ SDK は組み込まれていません。 本サイトにも同様の解析タグは設置していません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。ただし、アプリからの外部送信がないため、 お子様が本アプリを使用した場合でも当方が個人情報を取得することはありません。

8. データの削除

ユーザーは、いつでも以下のディレクトリを削除することで、本アプリに関連するデータを消去できます:

ストアからのアンインストールでは上記ディレクトリが残ることがあるため、データを完全に 消去したい場合は手動での削除をお願いします。

9. 法令への準拠

本ポリシーは、日本の個人情報保護法、EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）、カリフォルニア州消費者 プライバシー法（CCPA）の精神に沿って策定しています。本アプリは個人情報を外部に送信しない ため、これらの法令の主な義務の多くは対象外と判断していますが、本ポリシーに関する問い合わせには 誠実に対応します。

10. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに新しいバージョンを掲載するとともに、最終更新日を 更新します。重大な変更がある場合は、アプリストアのアップデートノートでもお知らせする場合があります。

The operator of Tavula (the "App") and the official website attavula.app (the "Site") ("we") respects your privacy and establishes this Privacy Policy as follows.

1. Information the App Collects

The App does not transmit any information about you to any external party.

Images you capture and arrangement data (card position, size, opacity, workspace configuration) are stored only on your device:

These files exist only on your local file system and cannot be accessed by us or any third party through the App.

2. OS Permissions Used by the App

These permissions are exercised only when you explicitly invoke the corresponding feature.

3. The Website

The Site is a static information page. We do not use first-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking cookies, or embedded tracking pixels on the Site.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any CDN, operational access logs (such as connecting IP addresses and request times) may be retained by the hosting provider. We do not use such logs to identify individuals.

The Site does not offer user accounts or a contact form. See theSupport page for the current status of support channels.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose your App images or arrangement data to third parties. The App performs no network communication, so there is no technical avenue for third-party transmission via the App.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or other tracking technologies. The Site does not set first-party tracking cookies.

6. Analytics and Telemetry

The App does not send crash reports, usage analytics, or telemetry. No third-party SDKs such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Sentry, or Mixpanel are embedded. The Site likewise does not include such tags.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. Because no App data leaves your device, we cannot collect personal information from any user, including children, via the App.

8. Data Deletion

You can erase App-related data at any time by deleting:

Uninstalling via a store may not remove this directory; manual deletion is required to fully purge local data.

9. Legal Compliance

This Policy is drafted in the spirit of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the EU GDPR, and the California CCPA. Because the App does not transmit personal information externally, we believe many primary obligations under these laws do not apply, but we will respond diligently to inquiries about this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this Policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be noted in store release notes.
